1 Online Groups
Group classes at Scilang consist of Maximum 2 students and are delivered via Skype on screen share of special PDF booklets. The PDF booklets edited with the electronic pen during the lesson is saved, encrypted and emailed over. Set by the Chronometer, one lesson lasts 60 minutes with breaks excluded.
2 Starting Dates
Group classes always start on the given date without delay. If there is only one student that applied, education starts with that single student. 1-to-1 is done without extra payment by the student. No other student is admitted to the program along the way.
3 System Needs
Android, Windows 7/10, Skype, Internet Access (*cable recommended), Headset with Microphone. Our Help Desk will help you out with the system checks.
4 Refund Policy
Withdrawal from a group is possible at any time unconditionally. Refund is calculated as follows. Retail price of the main courses that the student took by then is subtracted from the total amount s/he paid, and the rest of the money is paid back to the student via EFT within 2 business days.
