At operational level, Scilang, registered as a trade mark in 2012 by the Turkish Patent Institute, is run by Founder President Serdar Aytaç, Vice President Hasan Karaoglu and General Advisor Ercan Gümüs. At educational level, English classes are held by Serdar Aytaç in propria persona – teacher to associate professors, doctors and pilots.
